A fireplace kind of day

"Fireplace weather," 5 x 7 watercolor holiday cardn

Winter arrived today, on a cold front...or at least late fall....temps on the 40s, wind chill, gray skies.

"Where the wind comes sweeping down the plains," is almost trite in Oklahoma, but especially on the Great Plains, and especially in the Texas Panhandle, the Llano Estacado.

From yesterday's 70s and 80s, it's suddenly "Fire place weather." Normal out here, isn't it?\

So here's today watercolor holiday greeting card, especially for my friend Catherine Wardlow, Literati master,  of near Shamrock.
